Wenzel 2008 Windy Pass 0-Degree mummy sleeping bag

I picked this up because I needed a cold weather bag for a trip I was on last winter. This bag was great, it kept me warm all night. It's pretty roomy inside, good for tall people. The padding is nice and the bag is comfortable to be in. One downside is it's a little bulky, so I wouldn't recommend it for backpacking, but it's perfect for anything else. Very warm bag, and you can't do better for the price ($30 on sale!!):

MSR Pocket Rocket Stove

MSR Pocket Rocket Stove

This stove is very compact and light weight (~3oz). It's great for heating food/water for a single person. Because of it's size, it's not great for anything heavy and can become hard to balance, but it's perfect for small pots and pans. The burner is easy to light with a match or lighter (does not self light) and the burner is easy to adjust. It stays lit in gusts of wind, heats up extremely fast and cools down relatively quickly. Great for solo backpacking trips.

Coleman Sundome 7x5

I got this tent about a year ago and I've been camping with it several times. It's designed to be a 2 person tent but it would be cramped with 2 adults. It's perfect for 1 person with all their gear. It's very easy to set up without help, and stands well in strong wind. The rainfly design is nice, as it gives a little overhang above the door. This lets you get in and out while it's raining with minimal rain getting inside. The mesh vents at the top are good for when it gets hot.

You can't beat the value either, it goes for around $40 at amazon, which is awesome for what you get:
